To be considered benefits-eligible for a North Shore-LIJ medical or welfare plan, you must be a full-time or part-time employee scheduled to work at least 18.75 hours per week, and not covered by a Collective-Bargaining Agreement (CBA) through a union. Those employees covered by a CBA should contact their union for information about their benefits programs.

Username: TALEO CANDIDATE ID (check your offer letter or on boarding communications you already received)
Password: PERSONAL EMAIL (this is the email address you used during the application/on boarding process)

North Shore-LIJ offers and encourages employees to begin planning for their future – and the time to start saving is now. Eligible employees are enrolled in a system-funded pension plan and all employees are able and encouraged to enroll in a 403(b) retirement savings plans (or 401(k) for those working in a for-profit division). The retirement saving plans allows employee contributions to grow tax-deferred until withdrawal at retirement.
